Help - Return PolicyOur return policy is
simple. If you ordered an incorrect part that we normally stock, and
it is still in its original packaging and condition we will accept it for
full refund. Please note that not all items are returnable.
Non returnable items include a) electrical parts, and b) special
order/build items. We cannot accept electrical parts such as glow
plugs and glow plug controllers for refund, since in may cases we have no
way of knowing if they have been damaged by improper handling and/or
installation. Special order/build items are those that we do not
normally stock. We will advise you if this applies to your order,
although this does not apply to any products from our online catalog. Since our
chances of reselling special order/build items may be quite low, we would normally not
accept them for return. However, we will take these items back with
a 20% restocking charge.
Any return shipments are to be sent to us
freight prepaid in order to receive full credit.
We reserve
the right to reject returned goods that do not meet this policy.
